CLUB RULES

These are just some general club rules you must read before joining. Please respect them.


In order to become a member, the artist needs to have at least ONE original dragon deviation in his/her gallery. This can be fan art or of someone else's dragon, but the art MUST be original and created by yourself.

You can submit ONE deviation per week in the main gallery. Submission limits are displayed in the main club journal on the front page.

You can only submit deviations that are your own, meaning the submitter and original artist MUST BE the same person. Please do not submit other people's artwork as it will be declined.

Please submit your deviations to the club Gallery in the CORRECT folder. The ones submitted in the wrong folder will be moved to the correct one without notification. If you think your deviation was moved to the wrong folder, you can send us a message in the Gallery Submission Log of that particular deviation (click No Comments button).



Most kinds of dragons are accepted, even anthro dragons.

Dragon literature, poems and stories are accepted as submissions too. These must contain at least one mention of the keyword "dragon" in order to be accepted. Also they must be written in English.

The artwork displayed in the deviation MUST BE created by you in order to be accepted to the club.

Commission or gift pieces featuring other people's dragon characters or 'sonas are acceptable. Fan art of dragon characters is also acceptable.

Some artwork, mentioned below, may or may not be accepted to the Gallery, at the moderator's or main admin's discretion. (depends on the deviation itself)

half-dragons, dragon-like creatures
fanart creatures, for example pokémon
pixel art, vector art
real life photos, stocks, designs, wallpapers

Half-dragons and anthro dragons that look more human than dragon will be declined. For example, attaching wings and tail to a human doesn't make it a dragon.

The dragon needs to be clearly visible in the picture. Some deviations where only a part of the dragon is shown, for example an eye, may or not may not be accepted depending on the deviation.

We will accept sketchy artwork ONLY in the Dragon Sketches folder and NOT the Main Gallery. WIPs are not recommended as they will probably be declined.

Some linearts might be accepted to the Main Gallery, but only if they have enough details and shading.

If you wish your linearts to be colored by others, then submit them to the Free Linearts folder.

We do not accept any MATURE CONTENT and this is the only rule we are very strict with. This also includes images that may not have mature content filter, but still contain violence, blood, gore, sexual themes of any kind, or any other kind of mature content we are not comfortable submitting to our gallery.

Our club mods / admins have the right to decline submissions if they appear to be unfinished works or contain mature content and themes we do not approve of.

Submissions that are not in accordance with these rules will be declined without notification. If your deviation was DECLINED, you can freely request an explanation why it was declined in the Gallery Submission Log (click No Comments button) and a mod/admin will respond as soon as possible.

Any member can advertise their dragon contests, projects, commissions or other various activities in our FAVOURITES. Just send a favourites request for the relevant journal entry. You can find instructions in our Contests & Commissions journal.

Please keep us informed of your contest status and when it ends, so we can take it down from the group favourites.

Our affiliate groups may also ask for advertising of their contests.

It is recommended that once you become a member, to +watch our club, so that you receive updates, announcements and new information.

Please respect other members. There will be no insulting, flaming, fighting or disrespecting any of the members. If you have a problem please report it to one of the admins. We will try to resolve any problem.
