Since I'm updating the contests section, I'm going to say something once again to those who have not read it the first time. I've got several submission notes since the club opened and I deleted them. So I repeat myself:

Any submission notes sent to me before Monday 03.03. will be DELETED!

That is all.

Okey, as the title says, the club is open starting today.

I've got a brand new laptop as the old one couldn't be repaired. >..> The guys at the repair service are so damn stupid. Which made me realize how in general most people are really stupid and have no idea what they're doing.
For example, the DA admins. I sent a nice long letter asking for their advice about the constant faving I've been getting and I also asked them to answer my inquiry thoroughly and not repeat the same propaganda I already heard, like "DA does not officialy support improvisied club accounts". But nouuuuu, I got two sentences saying this:
All deviantART users are allowed to favorite pieces as they see fit; your personal rules regarding favoriting will not be enforced by staff.

Please be aware that improvised "clubs" such as this one receive absolutely no official support and will not receive specialized features.

So there you have it folks. They just blatantly answered what I asked them not to tell me cause I already know that.

I apologize to the members whos deviations were faved. I sent repeated notes of warning to these people who faved, but they either didn't read my note or simply read it and ignored it. There is nothing I can do to stop them and with the NEWEST collections feature, the faving is getting more frequent.
So thank you to stupid people who don't read anything...

I'll refrain myself from saying what else I think about DA and all its members...

Setting that aside, you might have noticed that a number of deviations was submitted while the club was closed. These were the OLD ones which were sent before the club closing.
Some people sent me submission notes while the club was closed and I deleted them all as I said I would.
Now for something important.
The club may be open, but submissions will start on Moday 03.03. That means I will delete any submission note sent before then.
Please keep that in mind while you hopefully read this whole journal.

I think this is all I had to announce. Oh and the contests may be out of date, I ask the ones that posted their contests on the club journal to notify me when their contest ended so I can remove it from the list. Thank you. ^^

CLUB CONTESTS

MEMBERS CONTESTS & PROJECTS

is having a contest about Earth Day. All information about the day itself and the prizes you can read in his journal [HERE] You can draw absolutely any character you want, which includes dragons. Deadline is April 22nd and the prizes are mainly digital colored paintings. Have fun.

is also having a project called "The Dragon Tarot Set". It's obvious what it's about by the name. It is similar to the "100 dragon project" and you can enter your own characters to be in set. All the details about the cards you can find [HERE]

is holding a dragon contest. You have to color her lineart wyvern. You can find the link to the picture in her journal [HERE] Or you can give a story on what that wyvern is doing. Or both. lol The deadline is March 14th. Enjoy!

is taking commissions. It isn't strictly dragons, she'll draw anything you want. They're pretty cheap, $15 for a full CG drawing and $5 for a quality sketch. ^^ All other details you can find in her journal [HERE]

has put up a dragon contest. The object is to draw one or more of her dragons. You can find the references in her journal [HERE] The prizes are lotsa lotsa drawings. Very interesting. The deadline may vary depending on the number of people who enter. Sounds like a nice contest worth checking out. Have fun drawing.

is doing dragon requests and art trades. The exact number of people who can enter isn't defined, but it seems there are a lot of spots free. You can find it in her journal [HERE]
